The legal fee is determined by the property value. In 2023, the average conveyancing fees for selling a house is £1,690. This includes the costs of the solicitor's legal fee, conveyancing disbursements and potential extra fees when selling a house at the average UK price of £277,000 (includes 20% VAT.)



In most transactions, our legal fees for handling the conveyancing on the purchase of a freehold residential property ranges from:
